Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instruction

  • Using a shallow bowl or container, add vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir to mix well.
  • Place the chicken in the marinade. Coat well. Cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for at minimum 30 minutes.
  • Heat outdoor grill at high heat.
  • Prepare grill by lightly oiling grill grate to prevent sticking.
  • Remove chicken from the refrigerator and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken approx 6-8 mins. per side or until chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
  • Serve
