Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instruction
- Using a shallow bowl or container, add vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir to mix well.
- Place the chicken in the marinade. Coat well. Cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for at minimum 30 minutes.
- Heat outdoor grill at high heat.
- Prepare grill by lightly oiling grill grate to prevent sticking.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken approx 6-8 mins. per side or until chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
- Serve
