Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root (grated (optional))
  • 1 clove garlic (minced (optional))
  • 1 tbsp sugar ((optional))
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ large head cabbage (cored and shredded)
  • 1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds

Instruction

  • In a small mixing bowl, add rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Using a whisk, whisk together until the sugar has dissolved.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, and almonds.
  • Add the dressing to the cabbage
  • Toss to coat well
