Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 fresh pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings)
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • 1 dash red pepper sauce
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large Ziploc bag, add pineapple slices, melted butter, hot pepper sauce, honey, and salt. Close the bag, shake to fully coat.
  • Marinate in the Ziploc bag for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to overnight
  • Prepare outdoor grill by lightly oiling the grate. Preheat to high heat
  • Carefully place pineapple slices on prepared grill and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully heated through and have grill marks.
