Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh pumpkin or (15oz) can pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup light or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Prepare pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, pumpkin, cream, cinnamon, salt, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
  • Pour the pumpkin mix into the prepared pie plate
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes
