Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 qt low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup baby green peas
  • ½ cup cooked chicken breast (chopped)
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)

Instruction

  • Bring chicken broth and soy sauce to a boil in a large saucepan. Add sliced onions, baby green peas and chopped chicken; bring to a boil again.
  • Remove from heat; in a slow and steady stream, drizzle lightly beaten egg in the soup. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set. Gently stir and slowly pour in bowls.
