Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ lb sliced bacon ( cut into thirds)
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice (drained)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and chili sauce. Stir to mix well. Stir in brown sugar. Set aside for later.
  • Wrap each piece of pineapple in a strip of bacon, then use a toothpick to secure it.
  • Arrange pineapple in a baking dish.
  • Pour the brown sugar mix over the pineapple.
  • In preheated oven, bake, uncovered for approximately 25 minutes, or until the bacon edges become crisp, and the brown sugar mix bubbles.
