Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ¼ medium avocado (sliced)
  • 1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 1 large hard boiled egg (sliced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instruction

  • On the toast, arrange the avocado slices in a layer to cover the toast.
  • Using the back of a fork, mash and spread the avocado, gently to not rip the bread
  • Place the egg on top of the avocado.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
