- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- additional whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired (* you will need to account for extra points)

- Peel, core and slice apples.

- Pour apple mixture into prepared baking dish and add water, then dot with spray whipped cream.
- In a separate bowl, combine, oats, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar. Cut in butter (* an easy way is to use grater) until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over apple mixture.
