Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- One 14-ounce can cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- ¼ cup whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons Calabrian chili paste
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 to 2 slices deli ham
- ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar
- A small handful of arugula
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instruction
- For the spicy chutney, stir ingredients together
- For the melt, make a single cut from the center of the tortilla to the edge
- Fill one quadrant of the tortilla with 2 tablespoons chutney, then the next quadrant with ham, followed by the cheese, then finish with arugula
- Fold, starting with the bottom left quadrant, working your way around clockwise
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- Once butter has foamed, add the tortilla to the pan
- Toast evenly until the cheese melts and the tortilla is browned on both sides, flipping as needed
