  • One 14-ounce can cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Calabrian chili paste
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 to 2 slices deli ham
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • A small handful of arugula
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instruction

  • For the spicy chutney, stir ingredients together
  • For the melt, make a single cut from the center of the tortilla to the edge
  • Fill one quadrant of the tortilla with 2 tablespoons chutney, then the next quadrant with ham, followed by the cheese, then finish with arugula
  • Fold, starting with the bottom left quadrant, working your way around clockwise
  • In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat
  • Once butter has foamed, add the tortilla to the pan
  • Toast evenly until the cheese melts and the tortilla is browned on both sides, flipping as needed
