Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⅓ cups milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • or chunky if you prefer

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 325 °F
  • In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt
  • Whisk in brown sugar, making sure there aren't any little lumps
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and peanut butter
  • Add to dry ingredients and mix
  • Be sure not to overmix the dough! Once mixed, scrape into a gently greased medium sized loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes
