Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ⅓ cups milk
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- or chunky if you prefer
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 325 °F
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt
- Whisk in brown sugar, making sure there aren't any little lumps
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and peanut butter
- Add to dry ingredients and mix
- Be sure not to overmix the dough! Once mixed, scrape into a gently greased medium sized loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes
