Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 3 c. watermelon juice (divided (from about 3 lbs. watermelon))
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbs. semisweet mini chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a small pot, heat 1/2 c. of watermelon juice, sugar, and salt. Heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl containing the remaining watermelon juice. Stir in lime juice.
- Allow to cool until room temperature.
- Pour into popsicle molds and add a few mini chocolate chips to each popsicle, before putting in the stick.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, until very firm.
