The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounces chopped watermelon or 1 cup watermelon juice
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Pompeian Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
- club soda
- mint leaves
- ice
Instruction
- Place watermelon in a blender or food processor. Pulse on puree until you reach a water consistency (approx. 30 seconds). Strain the juice through a cheesecloth or mesh strainer. Pour juice into a bowl with a spout. Whisk in honey and apple cider vinegar. Add 2 mint leaves to the juice. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Add ice to a cup and then fill halfway with watermelon juice. Top it off with club soda and a toothpick with a watermelon chunk and mint leaf.
