Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 5 cups Watermelon (finely diced)
  • 1 Mango (peeled and finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion (finely diced)
  • 3/4 cup Cucumber (finely diced)
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno or Habanero Pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, red onion, cucumber, and jalapeno. Toss with freshly squeezed lime juice, salt, and honey (optional).
  • Place in refrigerator and chill.
