Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt, to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
