The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 1 cup monk fruit sweetener (*you can sub regular sugar if you don't have monk fruit. Don't sub coconut sugar.)
- 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes (about 1/4 large watermelon)
- 1 cup vodka (I like Tito's)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- mint, for garnish
