Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 pounds seedless watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (fresh)

  • Pour watermelon puree mixture in a shallow stainless steel pan and place it in the freezer.
  • Stir to break up the ice every 60 minutes or so (with a fork) for 3-4 hours. The consistency should be granular but still slushy.
