Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 18 small skewers or toothpicks
  • 3 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 6 oz block feta cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 18 1 inch watermelon cubes
  • 1 to 2 oz balsamic glaze (vinegar section of grocery store)
  • 6 basil leaves (sliced)

Instruction

  • After you have everything cut, set up an assembly station. Put a small slice of prosciutto on the skewers first, then a cube of feta, and then a cube of watermelon. Set these on a tray or plate.
  • When ready to serve drizzle the balsamic glaze over top and sprinkle the fresh basil.
