Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ½ watermelon (cut into cubes [around 3 cups])
  • 4-5 mint leaves (some more to garnish)
  • 3-4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • black salt (to taste or use salt instead)
  • ¼-1/2 cup water

Instruction

  • Cut watermelons into cubes. I used 1/2 of regular size watermelon that we get in USA and it came to around 3 cups.
  • Blend together watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, water and black salt till smooth.
  • Strain the mixture using a strainer.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
