Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ½ watermelon (cut into cubes [around 3 cups])
- 4-5 mint leaves (some more to garnish)
- 3-4 teaspoons lemon juice
- black salt (to taste or use salt instead)
- ¼-1/2 cup water
Instruction
- Cut watermelons into cubes. I used 1/2 of regular size watermelon that we get in USA and it came to around 3 cups.
- Blend together watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, water and black salt till smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a strainer.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
