Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large watermelon (cubed)
  • 2-3 cups blackberries
  • 4 tablespoons mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 lime
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, add the watermelon chunks. Layer the blackberries on top. Top with chopped mint.
  • Right before serving, squeeze 3-4 limes over the salad. Gently toss (or not, if you like the layered look), and garnish with more fresh mint. Add fresh sea salt (optional).
