Ingredients

The following ingredients have 120 Servings
  • 2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instruction

  • Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend flour, salt and olive oil.
  • Add the ½ cup of water and mix until the mixture starts to clump together.
  • Squeeze a small portion of dough, if it doesn’t hold together, keep adding a few drops of water until it does.
  • Divide the dough into 4 even pieces.
  • Roll out each piece of dough very thinly and cut circles with a small 5 cm round cookie cutter.
  • Approximately 30 crackers can be made from each piece of dough.
  • Prick each circle a few times with a fork and place on cookie trays lined with baking paper.
  • Bake at 220C for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
