  • • 3/4 cup finely chopped white or yellow onion
  • • 1 cup Pale Ale (I used Mission ST. India Pale Ale)
  • • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • • 2 tablespoons German or Dijon mustard
  • • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
