Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups Kale
- 4 slices Bacon (cooked until crispy and then crumbled into smaller pieces.)
- 4 slices Provolone
- 1 large sweet onion (sliced)
- 1 lb mushrooms (your choice sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Wash and dry kale- set aside
- In a skillet, heat butter (med heat), and add onions and mushrooms-cook for 3 mins
- Add in vinegar, sugar, and salt
- Pan-fry until onions are translucent
- Cook bacon until crispy- crumble into smaller pieces
- Cut 4 slices of provolone into little pieces
- Plate kale in 4 plates
- Top with warm veggies, bacon, and cheese
- Enjoy warm!
