Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • 1 can Bush's Beans reduced-sodium Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 - 2 green onions, sliced thin

Instruction

  • Combine oil, orange juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Then, stir in the chickpeas, tomatoes, and onion.
  • Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. If desired, serve with toasted pita bread.
