  • 160 ml – ⅔ cup lukewarm water
  • 4 gms – 1 ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • Starter
  • 180 gms – 1 ½ cup spelt flour
  • 40 gms – ⅓ cup all purpose or bread flour
  • 130 gms – 4 ½ oz. walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10 gms – 2 tsp salt
  • 150 ml – ⅔ cup water
