- Starter
- 180 gms – 1 ½ cup spelt flour
- 40 gms – ⅓ cup all purpose or bread flour
- 130 gms – 4 ½ oz. walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 10 gms – 2 tsp salt
- 150 ml – ⅔ cup water
