The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 package(s) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can(s) (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 can(s) (14 oz.) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) each - ground ginger, nutmeg and salt
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, cold
- 3/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into crust.
- Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven to 350.
- Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
