Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 package(s) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can(s) (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 can(s) (14 oz.) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) each - ground ginger, nutmeg and salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, cold
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into crust.
  • Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven to 350.
  • Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie.
  • Bake 40 minutes at 350 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
