Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten until fluffy)
- 1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the crust. Press into a tart pan or pie plate.
- In another bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the lime filling. Pour over the walnut crust. Bake at 350F for approximately 20 minutes until filling is just set.
- Cool completely and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
