Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 Tablespoon rice wine or white wine
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Panko
  • 3 Tablespoon melted unsalted butter
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Lightly grease a sheet of aluminum foil and place it inside the fryer basket. Put in the cod fillets without stacking and drizzle the wine over them.
  • Mix all other ingredients. Use a spoon to scoop the mixture onto the surface of the fillets. Air fry at 300F (150C) for about 15 minutes until the internal fish temperature reaches at least 145F (63C).
  • Squeeze some lemon juice over fish to serve.
