Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons dry instant vanilla pudding ((approx. half of a 3.4oz box))
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Using a wooden spoon, cream together the cream cheese, egg, and oil in a large bowl. Next, mash the bananas until creamy using a blender or mini food processor; then add it to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, salt and pudding; then mix until well blended and add the walnuts. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan, pour in the batter and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 60-70 minutes. (The bread is done when the top springs back when touched or a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle).
