Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  •  
  • For the pasta:
  • 5 small zucchini
  •  
  • For the sauce:
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup raw basil leaves
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large clove garlic
  •  

Instruction

  • 1. For the pasta, using a spiral slicing tool, spiralize zucchini into noodles. If you do not have a spiralizing tool, peel zucchini with potato peeler, rotating as you peel for flat, uniform noodles. Place noodles in colander, and set aside.
  •  
  • 2. For the sauce, into a blender, place all ingredients and blend until a thick sauce is achieved. Toss noodles with sauce until coated and serve.
