The following ingredients have 2 Servings

- For the pasta:
- 5 small zucchini

- For the sauce:
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup arugula
- ½ cup raw basil leaves
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large clove garlic

Instruction

- 1. For the pasta, using a spiral slicing tool, spiralize zucchini into noodles. If you do not have a spiralizing tool, peel zucchini with potato peeler, rotating as you peel for flat, uniform noodles. Place noodles in colander, and set aside.

- 2. For the sauce, into a blender, place all ingredients and blend until a thick sauce is achieved. Toss noodles with sauce until coated and serve.
