Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato sauce (15 oz. can)
  • 1 crushed tomatoes (15 oz. can)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 6 bags Frito Corn Chips (mini bags)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet until brown. Drain the excess grease.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic salt, chili powder, cumin, pepper and beef broth.
  • Heat uncovered for 3-5 minutes until the flavors are combined.
  • Cut open the top of the Frito corn chips.
  • Spoon the chili mixture into the bag and top with the shredded cheddar cheese Enjoy!
