Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped Green Onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
- One 12-ounce bag Cabbage and Carrots Coleslaw Mix
Instruction
- In small bowl add lime juice, olive oil and sugar. Mix well, until sugar is dissolved.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine green onions, cilantro and coleslaw mix. Toss to mix.
- Pour lime juice mixture over coleslaw mixture. Toss until coated.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator, for 2 hours, to allow the flavors to develop, or until ready to serve.
