Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup leftover rice
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 7-8 fresh curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 garlic cloves (minced.)

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a kadai.Fry the garlic lightly. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves. When they splutter, add the haldi and red chilli powder. Add little salt as per preference. Add rice and toss well. Serve hot with cool curd and roasted papad
