Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 10 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2/3 Cup Half and Half
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)
- 1/4 Cup Vodka
- 1 Cup Bacon (Cooked & Crumbled)
- Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
- Garlic Clove (Roasted - To Taste )
Instruction
- In a saucepan, boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes. They should be slightly tender. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, half & half and butter. Using an electric beater, mix till well combined.
- Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix in vodka.
- Optionally fold in cooked bacon and/or roasted garlic to taste.
