Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 10 large strawberries
  • 750 ml pineapple juice from a carton
  • 500 ml coconut milk (use low fat if you prefer)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
  • 2 strawberries (sliced thinly)

Instruction

  • Hull and quarter the strawberries. Chopping up the strawberries will make it easier to blend them.
  • Place everything in a blender and blend to a smoothie like texture.
  • Divide amongst the 4-6 glasses.
  • Garnish as you like.
