Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 sirloin steak (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • Cooking fat
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 mango (julienned)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup almonds (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey (melted)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with garlic, coconut aminos, fish sauce, chili flakes, and honey.
  • Refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 12 hours.
  • Melt cooking fat in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the beef slices until no longer pink, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until well combined.
  • In a salad bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients, drizzle with the dressing, and toss everything gently.
  • Serve the salad topped with beef.
