Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 sirloin steak (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- Cooking fat
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 mango (julienned)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 cup almonds (sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. raw honey (melted)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
Instruction
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with garlic, coconut aminos, fish sauce, chili flakes, and honey.
- Refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 12 hours.
- Melt cooking fat in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the beef slices until no longer pink, 4 to 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until well combined.
- In a salad bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients, drizzle with the dressing, and toss everything gently.
- Serve the salad topped with beef.
