  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup venison stock, (or beef stock)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons Maggi sauce ((optional))
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
