Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 and 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, (cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 of 1 large red onion
  • 4 large bell peppers, whatever variety you'd like (I use 1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow, and 1 green)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove, (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 cup packed basil leaves, (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
