The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 and 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, (cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 of 1 large red onion
- 4 large bell peppers, whatever variety you'd like (I use 1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow, and 1 green)
- Vegetable Oil
- Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
- 1 small garlic clove, (minced)
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 cup packed basil leaves, (coarsely chopped)
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
