Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1½ cups hummus
- ½ medium red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 seedless cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
- 1½ cups alfalfa sprouts
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 5 Flatout Red Pepper Hummus wraps
Instruction
- Spread ¼-⅓ cup of hummus on the bottom half of each wrap, leaving about ½” border from edges.
- Top wraps with onion, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, sprouts and avocado.
- Roll up wraps; slice in half before serving.
