Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1½ cups hummus
  • ½ medium red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 seedless cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1½ cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 5 Flatout Red Pepper Hummus wraps

Instruction

  • Spread ¼-⅓ cup of hummus on the bottom half of each wrap, leaving about ½” border from edges.
  • Top wraps with onion, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, sprouts and avocado.
  • Roll up wraps; slice in half before serving.
