Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 veggie sausages
  • 100 g shortcrust pastry (homemade or shop bought)
  • Ketchup or mustard

Instruction

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/gas mark 6.
  • Cut the pastry into thin strips and wrap around each sausage.
  • Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Make little eyes with mustard or ketchup.
