Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 13 ounces apricot preserves (jar)
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 24 ounces Lightlife Veggie Meatballs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instruction
- In a small pan add the first 4 ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add the meatballs and warm on low for about 10 minutes.
- Season with some salt and black pepper.
- Poke 1 or 2 meatballs onto each skewer and serve warm on a large platter.
- Garnish with more chopped rosemary.
