The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large head cauliflower (about 2 1/2 pounds, cut into 1 1/2- to 2-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 1/4 tsp rice vinegar
- salt (to taste)
- cooked rice
- green onions (thinly sliced)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and then set an oven-safe metal cooling rack inside the baking sheet. Spray the rack with an oil mister or cooking spray and set aside.
