Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large head cauliflower (about 2 1/2 pounds, cut into 1 1/2- to 2-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/4 tsp rice vinegar
  • salt (to taste)
  • cooked rice
  • green onions (thinly sliced)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and then set an oven-safe metal cooling rack inside the baking sheet. Spray the rack with an oil mister or cooking spray and set aside.
