Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 14.5 oz cans chicken or vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • 1 14.4 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup carrots (peeled, chopped)
  • 1.5 cups golden potatoes (peeled, cubed)
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh green beans (chopped)
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • In a cooking pot add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, carrots, potatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and add the green beans. Simmer the soup for 25 minutes. 
  • Add the corn and season with garlic salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot
