Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 14.5 oz cans chicken or vegetable broth (low sodium)
- 1 14.4 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup carrots (peeled, chopped)
- 1.5 cups golden potatoes (peeled, cubed)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup fresh green beans (chopped)
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a cooking pot add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, carrots, potatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and add the green beans. Simmer the soup for 25 minutes.
- Add the corn and season with garlic salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot
