Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz dry lo mien noodles
  • 3-4 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 Celery

Instruction

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil over high heat. Stir in the garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic and onions are soft and fragrant.
  • Stir in carrot, bell peppers and Celery . Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender..
  • Add the noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
