Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz dry lo mien noodles
- 3-4 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 Celery
Instruction
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Heat the oil over high heat. Stir in the garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic and onions are soft and fragrant.
- Stir in carrot, bell peppers and Celery . Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender..
- Add the noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
