  • 2 ¾ cups whole milk

  • Few cracks fresh black pepper
  • 8 ounces mozzarella (shredded)
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan (plus additional for garnishing)
