Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tsp Massel chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 3 cups water
- 170 g Maggi 2-minute noodles crushed
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and corn
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper optional *to taste
Instruction
- Sauté the onion in the oil and butter for several minutes.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, stock and curry powders, and the water.
- Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the noodles and peas and corn. Discard noodle flavour sachets. Simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the cabbage and noodles are cooked and most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Add salt and pepper, if using.
