The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 nadine potato
- 1 tbs Vegemite
Instruction
- Peel and cut potatoes in half. Place in microwave dish and cook until just beginning to soften.
- Remove from microwave and drain.
- Scrape tops of potatoes with a fork and brush a thin film of Vegemite over potatoes.
- Place in baking dish and bake at 180C until brown and crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
