The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 nadine potato
  • 1 tbs Vegemite

Instruction

  • Peel and cut potatoes in half. Place in microwave dish and cook until just beginning to soften.
  • Remove from microwave and drain.
  • Scrape tops of potatoes with a fork and brush a thin film of Vegemite over potatoes.
  • Place in baking dish and bake at 180C until brown and crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
