Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 30 ounces black beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • cayenne pepper
  • cumin cowder
  • red chili powder

Instruction

  • Chop garlic and onion finely. Chop the peppers less finely.
  • Oil frying pan and saute garlic and onion until flavorful. Then add in peppers to grill.
  • Mash the beans and then add to the pan. Mix in salsa.
  • Add spices to taste.
  • Serve warm on a soft or hard tortilla. Extras added can include coriander and guacamole, as shown in the picture.
