The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup dry black-eyed peas
  • 1/3 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1/6 cup millet
  • 2 tablespoons bell pepper (minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke (to taste)
  • 1 cup greens (collard, kale, etc) (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 package buns (for serving (GF))
