- 10 oz. cremini mushrooms, (sliced)
- 1 medium onion, (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves, (minced)
- 1 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup raw cashews, (soaked in water 4-8 hours and drained)
- 3/4 to 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper hot sauce, (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 burger buns, (sliced open)
