Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsps almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsps almond milk (You may need to add more bit by bit until you get the texture of cream cheese.)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps chia seeds
